New QCS Calendar

Special Interest Groups or "SIGs"

The QCS offers its members a number of discussion groups to learn all facets of computer use.


Office SIG led by Mike Shinbori, will meet at 7 PM again on July 13.

Preceding Office SIG on 7/13, Bob Nelson, expert photographer, will be a guest speaker for a DIGITIAL MEDIA SIG event at 5:30 PM.

He will guide you to taking great photos locally. This event is open to any QCS or Q-C Photography Club member.

Non-members are welcome to visit one SIG meetin before joining QCS.

All General Meetings are FREE and open to the public!

QCS General Meeting dates:
The1st MONDAY of month with Beginners SIG at 5:30 PM and
General meeting at 7:00 PM

The general meeting includes a Q & A session, followed by a computer topic presentation. These open sessions are always free to members and non-members. Please stop by and find out what we are all about!

Most regular meetings and SIGs are held at the Butterworth Education Center on the corner of 7th Street and 12th Avenue in Moline, IL. However, several events during the summer months meet at the Butterworth LIBRARY or other locations!

CHECK THE EVENTS page for specific places for each event, a map and more details.

**Changes to times and locations are highly possible as we share Butterworth facilities with MANY other organizations.
